Internal Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in establishing objectives, developing sales strategies, and assessing the effectiveness of the sales force. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks, providing assistance, and taking corrective action when necessary. It will be essential for you to keep motivating sales teams, develop them into valuable employees, and ensure adherence to all organizational rules and guidelines. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Identifying primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets for team members. - Overseeing the sales squad's initiatives to achieve objectives and deliver consistent outcomes. - Developing the product sales blueprint, setting standards for sales associates to adhere to, including lead filtering and deal modeling. - Creating the annualized plan, a framework for action outlining how the business will generate sales over a specific timeframe. - Crafting a Sales Manual, a handbook detailing recommended practices for each type of sales engagement. - Defining a sales model comprising techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and enhance sales. - Guiding sales personnel to operate effectively by leveraging their passions and capabilities.
