Internal Sales Support Executive

As an Internal Sales Support Executive at Liasotech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and supporting field sales operations to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers and channel partners. - Coordinate with the external/field sales team for order follow-ups, lead updates, and customer requirements. - Handle inbound sales inquiries through email, calls, and online platforms. - Maintain and update the CRM or internal sales database to track leads, prospects, and order status. - Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting documentation for AMC/ARC services. - Communicate with the production and service departments to ensure timely delivery and service execution. - Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and MIS data for management review. - Manage after-sales follow-up, feedback collection, and customer relationship building. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred). - Language: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal); Hindi fluency desirable. - Experience: 2 years of experience in internal sales coordination, customer service, or back-office sales support (manufacturing or industrial service sector preferred). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage. - Core Competencies: Excellent telephone etiquette and email drafting skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. In addition to the above, as a female candidate, you will be preferred for balancing the sales support team, and an English-medium schooling background is desired for high-quality business communication. Exposure to industrial products or service-based companies will be advantageous.
