Internal IT Executive

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks - Ensuring data security and integrity, and implementing data management best practices - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Managing LAN and cabling infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance - Maintaining and troubleshooting intercom systems - Collaborating with teams to seamlessly integrate IT systems with business operations - Providing technical support and training to staff on MS Suites and Google Suites - Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and making recommendations for IT infrastructure upgrades - Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - At least 2+ years of experience in IT management - Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with MS Suites and Google Suites - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additionally, the company is looking for someone with skills in Network Support, LAN Switching, and Cable Management.,
