Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective internal control systems to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies. Provide training and guidance on internal control policies and procedures to employees. Monitor and report on internal control performance metrics to senior management. Identify and assess potential risks associated with business operations. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards. Experience in risk management and internal control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
