Internal Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and operational compliance. This role demands strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to identify and communicate areas for improvement across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Review financial statements, records, and operations for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, weaknesses, or areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and suggestions for corrective actions.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to enhance internal policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with current auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or professional
• certification such as CA, CIA, or CPA preferred).Proven experience (3+ years) as an internal auditor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple audit assignments simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
