Internal Audit Supervisor

As an Internal Auditor Team member at Brakes India Private Limited, you will be based at the Brakes India facility in Padi, Chennai, with work spanning across multiple sites including Brake & Foundry Business Units. Your role will involve executing internal audits across various process, system, and stock verticals under supervision. You will play a vital role in preparing comprehensive audit reports, documenting findings, and analyzing operational effectiveness and compliance with established standards. Additionally, you will be involved in data analysis, report preparation, and maintaining systematic documentation of audit processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams during audits is an essential aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a CA Fresher to 1 year or CA Intermediate qualification with 3-4 years of internal audit experience. Proficiency in MS Office/O365 and working knowledge of SAP are mandatory requirements. Strong analytical and documentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, will be key to your success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in the manufacturing industry, understanding of internal control frameworks, and knowledge of audit tools and methodologies. Your mindset should reflect a willingness to work and travel for official requirements, along with a commitment to stay with the organization for at least 3-5 years or a longer period. A passion for audit as a profession, a continuous learning attitude, and a high level of detailing and presentation skills to correspond with top officials within the organization are prerequisites for this role.,
