Internal Audit-C&T Engineering Audit - Associate - Bengaluru

As a Technology Auditor at Goldman Sachs, you will be part of the Internal Audit team that ensures the company maintains effective controls by assessing the reliability of financial reports, monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising management on smart control solutions. The group has unique insights into the financial industry, its products, and operations. We are looking for detail-oriented team players with an interest in financial markets who want to gain insight into the firm's operations and control processes. Your role as a Technology Auditor will involve providing assurance on data integrity and quality, applications stability, system operations, and more. This includes ensuring the integrity of systems used for portfolio construction and management, deal workflows, investment research flows, and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes, among other technology controls. Responsibilities: - Reporting to an experienced project manager for each assigned review. - Assisting/Leading in risk assessment, scoping, and planning of reviews. - Executing reviews by analyzing design controls, evaluating technology processes, and documenting results. - Vetting audit observations and tracking, monitoring, and recording remediation of identified risks. Basic Qualifications: - BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA in Systems/MSc or equivalent degrees in technology. - At least 4+ years of experience in technology audit focusing on Financial Services Technology. - Strong technology audit skills including system architecture, databases, operating systems, application security, and more. - Ability to review/develop code in languages like Java, C#, C++. - Experience in managing audit engagements or technology projects. - Relevant certifications or industry accreditations (CISA, CISSP, etc). - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a global audit team.
