Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Design crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, implant-supported restorations, and other dental prostheses using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, Dental Wings).
  
• Collaborate with dental technicians, prosthodontists, and clinicians to ensure design accuracy and functional requirements.
  
• Analyze digital impressions and scans to plan and create precise restorations.
  
• Maintain and operate CAD/CAM systems including software updates and basic troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, fit, and esthetics before manufacturing.
  
• Work closely with milling and 3D printing technicians to ensure seamless production.
  
• Participate in continuous learning and training on the latest technologies and materials in digital dentistry.
  
• Document workflows and maintain case records accurately.

Required Qualifications:

a) Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology or a related field.

b) Dental CAD/CAM design (Freshers with strong knowledge and software skills may also be considered).

c) Proficiency in dental design software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape).

d) Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative concepts.

e) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

f) Experience with implant planning and surgical guide design

g) Familiarity with 3D printing and milling workflows.
