Tech Support Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Software Development:

  Collaborate with the development team to design, code, test, and debug software applications. Gain hands-on experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

• Support System Administration:

  Work closely with the IT team to help maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Assist in system installations, upgrades, and configurations.

• Contribute to Project Management:

  Participate in project planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation. Learn and apply basic project management methodologies and tools.

• Research and Development:

  Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct research on new tools or technologies aligned with company goals and present findings to the team.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work with teams such as marketing, design, and quality assurance to gain a holistic understanding of the software development life cycle.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

  Assist in preparing test cases, performing functional and basic testing, and reporting bugs or issues to ensure software quality.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, user manuals, and system/process documents.

• Training & Learning:

  Attend training sessions conducted by senior team members or external trainers to enhance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology

  , or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as

  Java, Python, or C++

• Basic understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
