Role Description This is a part-time remote internship position. As an intern at Beyond IIM, you will assist in project coordination, contribute to the development of educational content, and work closely with the team to support learning initiatives. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, providing support for live sessions, and working on outreach activities to engage with students and mentors. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing and upcoming programs. Qualifications Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills Knowledge of content development and educational program design Proficiency in communication, outreach, and networking Proactive attitude with an ability to manage tasks independently Basic knowledge of presentation tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment Interest in the domain of education and professional development is a plus Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration
