What will you do
Design intuitive, high-conversion experiences across web/app from quick UX improvements to full feature flows
Run lightweight user research (interviews, surveys, heuristic reviews) and synthesize insights into problem statements
Create wireframes, flows, sketches, and high-fidelity UI screens with reusable components
Build interactive prototypes, conduct usability tests, and iterate based on feedback
Contribute to the design system (components, spacing, typography, states, accessibility guidelines)
Define success metrics with PMs, review analytics (funnels, drop-offs), and propose UX iterations
You should apply if you have:
- Are pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design/HCI/related field (or have a strong portfolio)
- Hands-on experience with Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototypes) and familiarity with FigJam, Notion, or Miro
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals (IA, usability, accessibility, mobile-first design, error/empty states)
- Ability to communicate clearly, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
- 3 8 months of exposure to e-commerce or related product design
- Passion for solving user problems and creating customer-centric experiences
- Comfort working in agile product teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
You should not apply if you:
- Have no prior exposure to UI/UX design or product-focused projects
- Are uncomfortable working in iterative, fast-paced product development cycles
- Struggle with collaboration or giving/receiving feedback
- Do not have working knowledge of Figma or equivalent design tools
