Role Overview: Join our dynamic travel team for a hands-on 3-month internship designed to build real-world expertise in travel operations, customer engagement, and global mobility. Work directly with industry professionals, master travel systems, and gain exposure to live client cases. Key Responsibilities: - Ticketing: Create, modify & issue flight reservations via Amadeus; manage PNRs, fares & reissues. - Sales & Marketing: Assist in lead generation, travel package promotion, digital campaigns & client conversion. - Visa Operations: Support end-to-end visa documentation, application tracking & coordination with embassies. Qualification Required: - Willingness to learn from industry leaders in the travel domain. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with industry professionals. - Strong communication skills to engage with clients and handle travel operations effectively. Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to learn Amadeus GDS, fare construction & airline rules, travel marketing strategy & client relationship management, as well as visa documentation protocols & international compliance. Real-time exposure to B2C and B2B travel processes will enhance your understanding of the industry.
