Intern - Talent Manager

We’re Hiring: Junior Talent Manager (Intern → Full-Time Opportunity)

Are you ready to kickstart your career in live entertainment, talent management, and events?
Korero Creative House (Playground Talent Agency) is looking for a Junior Talent Manager (Intern) — someone enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to learn the ropes from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with talent, performers, and clients regarding schedules and event requirements.
• Assist with bookings and support the production team in logistics, travel arrangements, and on-ground event execution.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel / Google Sheets for timelines, budgets, and resource tracking.
• Handle administrative tasks, including contracts, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare and organise presentation materials (PowerPoint).
• Support operational coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Who we’re looking for:

• Freshers/recent graduates — no prior experience required.
• Flexible with working hours (events don’t always follow a 9–5).
• A genuine love for events, people, and creativity.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (training can be provided).
• Familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• A “yes, I’ll figure it out” attitude.
