Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Draft clear and structured JDs for open roles.
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on fit and skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires.
