Opportunity: Intern - Talent Acquisition Specialist What You'll Do Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsOn time Delivery of Resources requiredDetermine selection criteriaSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, Job Portals)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirementsLead employer branding initiativesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Who'll Be a Good Fit Excellent understanding of recruiting concepts and best practicesExperience with social media campaigns, using job boards like Naukri and LinkedIn is a must skill to haveUp to date on latest recruitment trends and good reportsShould posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills Equal Opportunities Kovai.co is committed to building a workforce that reflects the richness of our society.
