- The successful candidate will source and recruit talent to support food and beverage retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for Pubs, Restaurants, Bistros, Cafés, and Catering staff positions.
- Manage job postings, applications, and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- Languages English, Hindi, Tamil (minimum)
- Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
