Job Description: You will be responsible for performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, you will assist the operations manager by completing daily tasks, monitoring key operational metrics, and ensuring projects remain on schedule. Your role will also involve compiling and updating reports, potentially monitoring and reporting on performance indicators, and handling inquiries and complaints from customers. You will communicate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
