Sales NPS Intern

Job Title: Sales NPS Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales NPS Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in the intersection of sales and customer relationship management.

Engage with customers and respond to queries on Phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email.
Learn and assist in managing order processes, including COD confirmations and status updates.
Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups for bulk/corporate orders.
Help maintain and update customer records and order trackers in Google Sheets/Excel.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in
BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication
.
Excellent communication skills
in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A strong interest in customer experience and sales is essential.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
