As an Intern for Learning and Development (L&D) at ValueMomentum in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional growth and effectiveness of the employees. By closely collaborating with the Business and TD teams, you will be conducting thorough assessments of employees" learning needs to design targeted programs that effectively address those needs. Your day-to-day tasks as a Talent Development (TD) Partner will include collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify specific learning needs, nurturing individuals to acquire new skills, coaching individuals on learning from daily work and interactions, inspiring professional development management, designing various learning materials, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining training records, coordinating training logistics, and promoting a learning-centric ethos for individual and organizational growth. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience in Talent Development, training, or a related area. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position. The role is based in Coimbatore, and the preferred joining date is as soon as possible. The initial employment type is Contract, with the potential to be converted to full-time.
