IT Recruitment Intern

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress
• Job postings for open roles
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate closely with team members on daily hiring activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or MBA
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of technical roles and skills is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
