As an RPA Intern at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools. This internship offers you a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing field and contribute to real-world automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in identifying processes suitable for automation. - Develop and maintain RPA bots under the guidance of senior developers. - Support testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of RPA workflows. - Document workflows, process changes, and technical specifications. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Perform the design, build and testing of business applications and architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards. - Advise Customers on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities. - Work on moderate complex RPA projects, collaborating with Colleagues to understand business processes quickly, and recommend solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, or VB). - Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (preferred but not required). - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Understanding of workflow-based logic. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Superior time and project management skills. - Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. - Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. - Ability to work through ambiguous situations. - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.,
