What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) * Own Social Media: Manage and post content daily across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive awareness. * Content Creation: Design engaging visuals, write snappy captions, and create short videos (Reels/Shorts) focused on student advice and career guidance. * Growth Hacking: Implement strategies to rapidly increase followers and engagement. * Community Management: Respond to comments and DMs quickly to build a positive community. * Track Results: Monitor key metrics (likes, reach, conversions) and suggest improvements. Who You Are (Skills Required) * Passionate about all things social media and current trends. * Basic experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a huge plus. * Excellent English writing skills (Bengali is a bonus). * Self-starter who is organized and proactive.
