Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Community Builder/GTM/Business Development professional in a GenAI startup. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing an engaged community, driving business partnerships, and contributing to go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will oversee social media content creation, content strategy, and campaigns to boost the startup’s visibility. Collaboration with internal teams to strategize and implement marketing initiatives will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Proactively identifying opportunities for business growth and building lasting relationships with partners will be major aspects of your day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to foster meaningful relationships and collaborations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
