Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in

    sourcing and screening

    candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in

    shortlisting resumes

    , coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
  • Draft and post across relevant platforms and track application flow.
  • Work closely with recruiters to

    schedule interviews

    and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the

    applicant tracking system (ATS)

    and recruitment dashboards.
  • Participate in

    employer branding

    initiatives and recruitment events (campus drives, job fairs, etc.).
  • Prepare basic

    recruitment reports

    and assist in data management for HR analytics.
  • Ensure a

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

    , or related fields.
  • Strong interest in

    Talent Acquisition / HR

    and eagerness to learn the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Good

    organizational skills

    with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with

    LinkedIn

    , or other job portals is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
