Interested in joining us on our journey
The Intern will be working on Flow and Thermal problems using CFD analyses. They will be guided on CFD methodologies and different analysis approach, preprocessing techniques and application of fundamental physics to real world challenges. Expecting the intern to be proficient in Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer. Primary tools used will be Star CCM+, Ansys Space Claim.

How Youll Create Possibilities Role Responsibilities :
- Learn fundamentals of CFD, the software and apply learnings to get a good firsthand experience in cfd simulations.
- Support in the setup and execution of CFD simulations using commercial software (e. g. , STAR- CCM+, Ansys Fluent, Open FOAM).
- Prepare parts and sub system for analysis, post process the model and support analysis of details.
- Develop proficiency in airflow, fan performance, heat transfer and combustion physics areas.
- Contributes to the creation of CAD geometries and meshing for CFD models.
- Analyse simulation results to identify key flow phenomena, performance metrics, and design insights.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation of simulation work.
What Youll Bring to Our Team Qualifications :
- A student from final year M. Tech or one who has completed M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Thermal / Fluids / CFD as specialization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A passion for technology and appetite to learn new things with limited guidance.
- Firsthand experience in MS office & visualization of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and prior experience in R/Python will be an added advantage Experience in ProE/ Creo/ Starccm+/ Spaceclaim will be a plus.
Skills & Attributes :
- Strong visualization skills to interpret problem statements, drawings, and figures accurately.
- Experience with meshing tools (e. g. , ANSYS Meshing, Spaceclaim, STAR- CCM+ meshing capabilities).
- Programming skills (e. g. , Python, MATLAB, C++) for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with High- Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
- Prior project experience involving CFD (academic or personal).
