Intern- Business Support Services

• Data Entry & Validation: Assist with basic invoice validation and data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Document Management: Support the analysis of documents to verify their completeness and accuracy. Administrative Support: Help with tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling emails. Process Assistance: Contribute to process discussions and assist with tasks related to process improvement. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of processing activities and client interactions. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is often required. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and potentially clients. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is often a requirement, along with a desire to learn and develop new technical skills. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, the ability to multitask, and attention to detail are crucial for handling various responsibilities. Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others are valuable for a support-focused role
