Job Description

    • Assist in the configuration, customization, and administration of IBM Maximo.
    • Support creation and modification of workflows, escalation rules, and notifications.
    • Maintain user accounts, security settings, and role permissions.
    • Assist in loading, validating, and maintaining asset and location data in Maximo.
    • Support preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling, work order creation, and service requests.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and clean-up activities.
    • Provide first-level support to Maximo end-users.
    • Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
    • Assist in preparing user manuals, SOPs, and conducting training sessions.
    • Assist in generating reports and KPIs from Maximo for management review.
    • Support dashboard creation for asset health, work orders, and PM compliance.
    • Work closely with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to streamline Maximo usage.
    • Suggest and implement improvements in asset and maintenance processes through Maximo.
