As a new team member at Corpseed ITES Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve shadowing members of the Accounting department to gain insights into their duties and responsibilities. You will assist with various tasks such as research, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, working with bookkeeping software, and handling confidential information with honesty and integrity. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients. Taking on additional tasks and projects will further enhance your understanding of accounting and office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Shadow experienced members of the Accounting department - Assist with research, filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records - Prepare financial reports, invoices, and other documents - Utilize bookkeeping software - Handle confidential information with integrity - Collaborate with the Accounting team to compile and analyze data - Take on additional tasks to learn more about accounting and office operations Qualifications Required: - Recent graduate or actively pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Accounting - Completion of introductory accounting courses - Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles - Proficiency in math and computers - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility - Motivated with a desire to learn and take on new challenges Join us at Corpseed ITES Pvt.
