As a Data Analyst at iCRC Canadas Energy, Resource & Industry (ERI) team in Noida, you will play a crucial role in integrating laboratory data, ensuring data quality, collaborating with engineers and scientists, and developing predictive models to enhance engineering and scientific capabilities. Responsibilities: - Collect and integrate laboratory data from diverse spreadsheet sources into a centralized database. - Perform thorough data cleaning, including identifying and correcting inconsistencies, handling missing values, and ensuring data accuracy. - Develop and maintain a robust and efficient database for laboratory data. - Collaborate with engineers and scientists to analyse data using statistical methods, multivariate analysis, and potentially algorithmic approaches. - Assist in the development and validation of predictive models based on laboratory data. - Generate clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data analysis findings. - Maintain accurate documentation of data management and analysis processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is a plus. - Experience with data integration and database management. - Proficiency in data cleaning and validation techniques. - Familiarity with data analysis methods, including statistical analysis and multivariate techniques. - Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and database software (e.g., NoSQL, SQL, Access, or similar). - Ability to learn and apply algorithmic approaches to data analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
