Interior Work Coordinator

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior construction activities
• Liaise with subcontractors, supervisors, and general workforce to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and manage schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
• Day-to-day management of the site project
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Keeping detailed records of construction site activities
• Cooperate with the departmental managers and keep the updates of the projects
• Conduct follow-ups, coordination of interior works, Preparation of reports and submitting them on a timely basis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in interior work coordination or similar roles.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and interior design materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
