Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Management - Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior works.
Ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the site.
2. Coordination - Liaise between designers, project managers, and workers.
Communicate daily updates to management/client. Arrange timely delivery of materials to avoid delays.
3. Quality Control -Check measurements, finishes, and material quality.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications. Inspect completed tasks before moving to the next stage.
4. Progress & Reporting - Maintain a daily site log (tasks done, manpower, material used).
Report any issues, delays, or changes needed. Take photographs for documentation and progress reports.
5. Safety & Compliance - Ensure all workers follow safety guidelines. Check electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other works for compliance. Report hazards immediately.
6. Problem-Solving - Handle minor disputes or challenges on-site. Find quick solutions to keep the project moving.
