The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with teams, and ensuring timely project completion with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior and civil works. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project management team. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Monitor material usage and verify quality standards at site. Maintain project timelines and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Handle client interactions at the site and ensure smooth handovers. Follow safety guidelines and company standards during site execution. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (interior & civil works). Strong knowledge of interior execution, finishing works, and site measurements. Ability to handle multiple vendors and workforce at site. Good communication and leadership skills.
