Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth progress of interior work. Coordinate and manage all on-site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, tiling, etc. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and design specifications. 2. Team Coordination Supervise skilled and unskilled labor at the site. Allocate tasks to subcontractors and workers, ensuring timely and quality output. Resolve conflicts or issues among the site team, if any. 3. Quality Control Monitor workmanship and quality of materials used on site. Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards. Report deviations from the design or execution standards. 4. Timeline & Schedule Management Maintain and track daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure work is progressing as per the project schedule. Highlight delays and propose mitigation plans. 5. Communication & Reporting Act as the communication bridge between the design team, project manager, client, and site workers. Report site progress, issues, and material requirements to management. Attend site meetings and provide updates. 6. Material & Inventory Management Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials. Maintain record of materials received and used. Prevent wastage and theft of materials. 7. Safety & Compliance Enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines at site. Identify potential hazards and take preventive action. Ensure the site complies with local regulatory norms. 8. Client Coordination Address client queries or concerns during site visits. Update clients with progress and incorporate feedback, if directed by the project head. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,779.08 - ₹49,251.78 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
