Job Title:

Salary:

Interior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Prepare and verify
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
for various civil and interior works.
Supervise and manage interior and civil site execution as per the approved designs and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of site activities.
Monitor and maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and quality checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Report regularly to the Project Manager regarding site updates, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Interior Engineering or related field.
25 years of relevant experience in interior project execution.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparation.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
