Interior Sales Manager

As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction across all projects within the assigned territory. Your role will involve developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking necessary steps to drive growth in the territory based on demand. Your key responsibilities will include enabling Livpreneurs to meet their qualitative and quantitative targets, defining project scope and estimates, and facilitating connections between customers and service partners according to customer requirements. You will also be required to visit customer sites alongside service partners to assist customers in finalizing project scopes and quotes. Additionally, you will engage in regular meetings with Livpreneurs, both online and potentially offline in the future, to address and resolve any concerns they may have. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream with at least 15 years of academic education. You must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development and growth, with at least 1 year specifically in B2C sales. Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in managing complex operational structures, and a solid background in sales and business development are essential for success in this role. The role will entail travel across India or regions of India, so willingness to travel is a must. Strong leadership skills, effective communication (both written and verbal), and a high level of ownership towards achieving targets are also crucial attributes for this position.,
