Client Interaction : Engaging with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and coordinating meetings between clients and design/sales teams. Project Coordination : Assisting in the coordination and management of interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and design specifications are met. Sales Support : Providing support to sales teams by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients based on design requirements, product specifications, and pricing. Product Knowledge : Acquiring in - depth knowledge of products, materials, furnishings, and finishes to effectively communicate and recommend suitable options to clients. Order Management : Managing orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating with suppliers or vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products required for design projects. Client Relationship Management : Maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the design and sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with Design Teams : Liaising with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure alignment between design concepts and sales offerings. Documentation and Administration : Handling administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining project documentation, and managing project - related paperwork. Showroom Management : Assisting in showroom operations, including product displays, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and creating an inviting environment for clients. Post - Sales Support : Providing after - sales support, addressing post - installation issues, coordinating service requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.
