Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our interior designing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, vendor management, and materials procurement specific to the interior design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day procurement of materials, furniture, fittings, and fixtures.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and order logs.
• Coordinate with the design and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Monitor and control purchase budgets.
• Ensure quality standards of materials received.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Handle purchase-related documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior design or construction.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local vendors and markets in Mumbai.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or purchase software.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
