Interior Project Manager - residential projects

As a Project Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee interior projects in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Implementing and executing interior projects effectively. - Managing the performance of onsite delivery teams and project budget. - Monitoring and controlling changes/variations throughout the project. - Coordinating and fostering teamwork among all project stakeholders. - Establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients. - Engaging with design professionals, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure successful execution of work according to the design plan. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective conveyance of complex ideas. - Minimum 2 years of experience in executing residential/commercial interior design projects or similar on-field experience. - Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles. - Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
