Interior Project Manager - residential projects

As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing interior projects effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the onsite delivery team's performance, overseeing project budget and risk allowance, as well as monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with fostering teamwork among all project stakeholders and establishing formal reporting arrangements to update clients on project progress. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas efficiently. A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing residential/commercial interior design projects or similar field experience is required. You must also demonstrate a solid understanding of basic project management principles, coupled with extreme attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will also involve engaging with design professionals, consultants, vendors, and clients in a professional manner, while effectively directing the installation team to ensure the work is carried out safely and in line with the design plan.
