Interior project manager

As an Interior Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects such as design, procurement, contractors, and on-site execution to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. - Coordinate effectively between the design team, clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams. - Monitor project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. - Conduct thorough site inspections to uphold quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with design specifications. - Review and approve technical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and materials before the execution phase. - Manage procurement schedules meticulously and ensure timely delivery of materials and finishes. - Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and budgets to track project status effectively. - Handle client communications professionally, conduct site meetings, and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders. - Resolve any issues, delays, or changes promptly during the execution phase to maintain project momentum. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design is preferred.
