Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reports to the Installation Manager

Interact with project coordinator & Designers to understand project requirements in a team.

Collect Drawings & Production details from designers.

Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.

Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to coordinator

Preparing POA for execution of the project & confirm the number of days consumed with the required Manpower & tools

Assign right resources for the project installation & ensure all carpenters/installers are well equipped with the safety tools & required materials to have accident free procedures at site.

Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, ID cards & follow office timings.

Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.

Monitor installation work regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.

In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client, additional cost approval should be obtained from GM- operations

Conduct fortnightly Project Department Meeting and make MOMs to understand & address their problems or invite practical suggestions.

Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.

Adherence to System & Process from time to time.

Develop good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.

Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.

Handling the grievances of workers amicably jointly with HR and operations.

Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the

Project & update report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

After completion of the projects inform the coordinator/customers to obtain a Job completion certificate from the Customers

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors in Design/Civil or any relevant degree or diploma

Experience- 2-5 years experience in Interior Design or Sales

Applicants should be from interior modular project experience background.

Lead the execution team & meet the project deadline with good quality.

Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.

Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process.

Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.

Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.

Working days- 6 days per week with Sundays off
