Interior Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead for Interior Project Operations, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end execution operations for multiple interior projects simultaneously. This includes coordinating with project managers, vendors, design, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery. You will be responsible for supervising on-site workflow, task allocation, and progress tracking, as well as ensuring seamless vendor coordination and material flow management. Your key responsibilities will also include monitoring project timelines, budgets, and progress dashboards, driving accountability, quality, and speed within execution teams, and conducting periodic client updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Additionally, you will constantly optimize systems and processes for smoother execution. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with proven experience in interior project operations and strong vendor and team management skills. A deep understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site technicalities is essential. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities are required, along with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project tracking tools.
