INTERIOR FIT-OUT ENGINEER

Job Title: Interior Fit-out Engineer

Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in interior construction or fit-out projects

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Fit-out Engineer to manage and supervise interior construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site execution of interior fit-out and construction works
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients for seamless project delivery
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress monitoring
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Prepare BOQs, progress reports, and technical documentation
• Support tender preparation and assist in preparing client proposals

Salary: RO 450 – 600 (All Inclusive)
