As an Interior Stylist at Studio Orion, your role involves curating and executing design concepts, selecting high-end decor items, and managing project timelines. You will be responsible for staying current with design trends, sourcing luxury furnishings, and ensuring client satisfaction with every project. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating mood boards for client interior projects based on inputs from various stakeholders - Developing professional presentations showcasing product combinations, color palettes, and styling recommendations - Providing expert styling guidance and creative inputs to the business development team - Interacting with clients and architects to understand their design vision and offer tailored styling solutions - Suggesting appropriate product combinations, color schemes, and furnishing arrangements - Collaborating with the business development team to translate client requirements into cohesive design solutions - Staying updated on interior design trends, color forecasts, and styling techniques - Supporting the business development team in preparing customized proposals with visual styling elements - Maintaining a library of mood boards, styling references, and successful project examples - Participating in client meetings to provide styling expertise and address design-related queries Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Number of mood boards and presentations created monthly - Conversion rate of deals supported with styling inputs - Client satisfaction scores for styling recommendations - Turnaround time for presentation and mood board requests - Business development team feedback on styling support quality - Repeat engagement rate from architects and clients Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Store Manager / Business Development Manager Direct Reports: None Key Competencies: - Design & Styling Expertise - Visual Communication - Collaborative Skills - Client Engagement If you are passionate about interior design, have a strong understanding of design principles, and enjoy working collaboratively to create compelling visual presentations, then this role at Studio Orion is perfect for you.
