Interior Designer(Stylist)

As an Interior Stylist, your role involves utilizing your creativity and expertise to transform homes into beautiful, functional, and welcoming spaces. You should have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring your clients" visions to life effectively. - Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget. - Develop design concepts by creating personalized design plans and mood boards. - Optimize furniture arrangement for both functionality and aesthetics. - Select decor items such as artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs. - Develop harmonious color schemes to enhance the overall design. - Work within the customer's budget to ensure a successful design outcome. - Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction. - Take ownership of the sales funnel and drive sales closure. - Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Experience in 2 to 3 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design including Layout, Style, and Moodboard. - Proficiency in material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning. - Sales expertise in achieving Sales Closure through logical and trusted sales pitches. - Possess behavioral attributes such as being result-oriented, a team player, integrity & ethics, and effective communication skills. - Display a high degree of willingness to learn and the ability to drive performance among team members.
