The role will primarily focus on designing and overseeing interiors for our fitness centers across Delhi NCR, with occasional site visits for vendor coordination and project supervision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Design functional and visually appealing gym interiors that align with the WTF brand Create 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and space plans using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Collaborate with operations and branding teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency Supervise on-site execution and provide inputs to contractors/vendors Ensure timely delivery of design milestones for new and refurbished locations Source materials, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with budgets and aesthetics Prepare BOQs and assist in vendor cost negotiations 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field 3–4 years of professional design experience (fitness/retail preferred) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Strong attention to detail and project ownership mindset Open to local field visits (approx. 80% of role) Show more Show less
