Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, creativity, and technical expertise to plan, visualize, and execute residential interior projects. You will work closely with clients and our construction teams to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor in alignment with the design brief.
• Ensure design compliance with project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Incorporate smart home technologies into interior design concepts as needed.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and provide on-site direction.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design and home automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design (construction-based experience is a plus)
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).

• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and construction detailing.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, presentations, and client meetings.

• Knowledge of modular furniture, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and automation systems is a plus.

• Excellent project management and time management skills.
