Role & responsibilities

1. Client Requirement & Concept Development

• Interact with clients to understand lifestyle needs, preferences, and design expectations
• Finalize mood boards, reference images, and design concepts
  

2. Drawings & Visualization

• Prepare accurate 2D space planning and furniture layouts
• Create realistic 3D visualizations using SketchUp/3Ds Max/V-Ray
• Prepare detailed working drawings, elevations, and BOQs
  

3. Material & Finish Selection

• Curate premium materials, finishes, laminates, veneers, fabrics, lighting, and accessories
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, pricing, and final selection
  

4. Site Execution & Coordination

• Conduct site markings based on approved drawings
• Monitor day-to-day site execution to ensure quality and design accuracy
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and suppliers
• Resolve any on-site issues and ensure timely progress
  

5. Project Completion

• Perform site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Ensure snag-free and smooth project handover
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Female Candidate Only

  (as per client requirement)

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years in Luxury Residential Interior Designing
• Must have completed at least

  10+ residential projects

  end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of

  non-modular interior execution

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop & MS Office

• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must own a

  2-wheeler

  for site visits
• Based in/near

  Thane

  or willing to relocate
