Interior Designer (Stylist)

As an Interior Stylist, your role involves utilizing creativity and skill to transform homes into beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces. You should possess a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring clients" visions to life. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget. - Develop design concepts by creating personalized design plans and mood boards. - Optimize furniture arrangement for functionality and aesthetics. - Select decor including artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs. - Develop harmonious color schemes. - Manage budget constraints to design within customer's financial limitations. - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction. - Take ownership of the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure. - Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Experience in 2 to 3 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design including Layout, Style, and Moodboard. - Knowledge of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning. - Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical and trusted Sales pitch. - Behavioral attributes: Result-oriented, Team player, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication. - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
