• Act as the Lead Designer for a set of clients managing the process from the initial consultation through order confirmation and final design approval.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver the most effective design solutions for their homes, including estimating, detailed design development, and preparing production-ready drawings for manufacturing. • Manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously. • Review sales performance, monitor project turnaround times, and evaluate customer satisfaction levels.
